Mirrors for a Polaris RZR

I started machining a set of side mirrors for my father in-laws Polaris RZR this weekend.


The first part is a little heavier than I would like, I am going to add some Lightening slots and hog out the back some more.




I still need to hand tap the holes in the retention ring, I added the slots in this part before I removed the tool tabs.


The first 2 pieces are machined.



Everything fits together )

I finally had time to finish all the parts for the mirrors, Just need to decide what color to powder coat them now )

I finally finished the mirrors! I decided to take some extra time and build a small powder coat booth so I wouldn’t get powder all over the garage and the wife’s car, She wasn’t very happy the last time I did that :*****slap2:
