Is it possible to bolt down and endmill a sandwich of 30 sheets of 1/32 at the same time? Possibly superglueing them together and heating to separate. Using a 5hp spindle on a van norman #2 horizontal.

Sure, but use a thicker scrap piece, say 3/16, top and bottom. Then clamp the heck out of it.

I wouldn't use superglue, you'll never get them apart. Make a fixture or fixtures to squeeze them like a sandwich, then mill. For example, two pieces of steel c-channel, back to back with a bolt at each end making a clamp. Make a pair of those.

A little more info or a drawing might help. Put the squeeze on them, then run a TIG bead down 2 edges to keep them from moving. Mill those edges after everything else is done.

You might want to take a look at this, starting about 3 minutes into the video: Tesla turbine build. That person did use super glue. Heat or acetone could be used to separate the pieces.
