I have never heard of one, but I did Google it and I found one on Ebay and I see it was made in Taiwan. Most of the import mills I have seen, made in China are lousy quality and Taiwan is better. Have you checked it out in person? I find he statement "Buyer be a where" on buying anything with out taking it for a test drive.
I also saw the one on ebay and that is very likely a differently badged Rong FU RF-45 which has a quite good reputation for their line of machines - of which there are several. This is a dovetailed column mill that has increasingly become popular with the home shop crowd, being relatively small and can be bench mounted if desired, and having the dovetail column as opposed to the earlier round columned mills. This mill also has the very desirable power feed attachment on the X axis, and a vise though of unknown origin.
If it can be had for a $1000 and is in any decent condition, I would jump on it...

It's a Rong Fu 45 or clone thereof. The power feed, stand, and vise are nice additions, but I'd take the description 'great condition' with a pinch of salt after looking at the pics and taking the seller's feedback into account.
The seller is obviously a dealer of some sort, and the mill has had some serious use.
It certainly hasn't been cared for and looked after in someone's home shop.
It may be in 'great condition', but only a careful personal inspection will ascertain that; 'caveat emptor' definitely applies in this particular case.
Bear in mind also that a brand new one can be bought from Wholesale Tool for $1.8K.
If it remains at $1K it might be a deal if it's in a better state than it appears.
