Marvel 612 Pulls Through

My Old Marvel was a great buy. It was used and abused when I bought it. I went through it, made some parts, replaced the guide bearings and set the blade correctly after several learning episodes.
A Co-worker is rebuilding a 1971 Ford F100. He asked if I could shorten the steering shaft by 1/4”.
No problem for the Marvel 612. Clean straight cuts, fast too.
