This was with a box of accessories for a lathe I recently bought. I would like to know who made it, so I might acquire the vise that goes with it. It’s base is 4-5/8” x 7” and is 1-3/8” tall. The outer vernier diameter is 3-3/4” and the center through diameter is 2-5/8”. The machined bottom key slots are 5/8” wide. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hmm... a swivel base for a lathe attachment? That seems a little odd. To me it looks more like a swivel base for a mill vise. The "ears" definitely are designed to clamp the thing down to a table of some kind....although many lathes DO have T-slots for mounting holders on them.

He said it came with the lathe, does not mean it is for the lathe.

Compound angle vise base...
