Looking into a PM-1440GS

I was wondering if anybody knows of someone in Colorado with any lathe by precision Mathews that would be able or willing to give me a demo of it. I dont want to have to go to PA to get my eyes and hands on one. Utah, kansas, wyoming and northern New Mexico Also work. Also if anybody has experience with pm1440gs that can give me the good the bad and the ugly about it that would be great.

An important thing to know is that the 1440GS is currently unavailable, but will be back. I can't say when though.

Before buying my p.m. 1440 GT and p.m. 1054 mill I too wanted to lay hands on them but Percision Matthews does not offer a show room and I was told “no I could not come look and touch”

i’m in Odessa Texas and you are welcome to come kick the tires on mine.

FYI, I’m very pleased with my PM purchases and would recommend them
