Looking for spindle speed chart on my Sheldon.

Does anybody here have a 10” early Sheldon with qcgb and have the ability to snap a picture of the spindle speed chart? Mine was all buggered up and can only read two speeds.

My Sheldon is a under drive motor setup I’m not sure if that changes the speeds.

I’ve asked to join the Facebook group but haven’t been excepted yet.
