Looking for Rockwell 10 part...

I'm looking to replace a cam lever (threading half nut lever) Part 217 on my newly acquired 25-708.
The associated screws and springs were also missing - which is why it fell out.
Unfortunately it was lost in transport. I could make a new one, so if anyone had drawings that would also be helpful.
