Looking for a 3" or Larger 5c Emergency Collet or 68mm Collet

I am in need of a 68mm 5c collet with a holding depth of at least 15.5mm. A 3" emergency collet capable of being bored to 68mm x 15.5mm would work fine. I need to bore out a 15.2mm wide timing pulley with 1.5mm thick rims without damaging the rims.

Old-timers referred to them as pot chucks.

I hope you plan on using the correct collet ring for that thing or bad things will happen .

In my travels, that ring is a lot harder to find than the collets.
I have a few different sizes of these step chucks in 6R on my Rivett but no ring.
They are okay for light cuts on thin material only.

They are like hens teeth and the Hardinges will set you back for sure !

You need them with the larger collets Jeff or the collet won't grip . Parts tend to fly out of the machine if not used !
