I went to PMI's website and read the pick up info.
While it says electrical, I believe it will extend further.

It says operating machinery or performing electrical work, that's completely reasonable, I don't take that as a requirement for hand carry items, so anything small should be good provided it doesn't need to be unwired. Most auctions around here require a rigger to do that, at least this one looks like an individual can do it provided you have insurance. You should be able to get a rider from your insurance company to cover that for not that much.
My guess would be 4K+ .
I just noticed in the T&Cs a $3,000 deposit via credit card is required when registering, but they do not take credit cards for paying the invoice. You need to pay by wire transfer, cashiers check or company check with guarantee. I’m not as excited about this action as I was a few minutes ago…
