Try, Carr-Lane, McMaster Carr. Might take a peek at E-bay for used knobs, lots of stuff to refurbish a lot of machines.

There's a seller on eBay who specializes in Atlas equipment. Name is something like "joelr7052"; he might have what you need if you're after original knobs. Some of his prices are high ($195 for a stock AXA 5-piece QCTP, identical set from CDCOtools.com for $110 or $45 for a link belt which is $24 from HF), some more reasonable ($20-$25 for your lathe's QCGB and spindle placards).

I'd have a go at making them if I was you
It just looks like a straight knurl on the outside so that shouldn't be too hard if you have a knurling tool.
If you do make them post a picture so we can see your handy work !
