Finally, some decent WX...so I dropped the tools, walked out of the shop, drove to the coast (NC), and put some Karma back in my life.

Nothing like an afternoon with just the wind and water I sail as often as I can and race once a week during the summer.
Everyone should have the chance to do that.

Spent a little time working on fine yachts, but found I couldn't stand the people.
Loved the work, though -- fine machining, only on wood. .......BLJHB

Looks like you found the only other hobby that's a bigger money suck than having a machine shop.

Of course, now all those tools aren't just toys, they're necessary equipment to keep the boat in top shape.
