Just got G0755 Mill/Drill!

Hi everyone.
Just set up in my basement shop, my first mill. It is manual and gear driven.
I have most tooling which came with the mill, but need a flycutter.
What is a good fit for the size of the tool and the diameter of the holder?

I guess I will get an R8 shank with a 2.5” diameter and holding a 5/16” tool bit.
This size seems to be very common

1/4" and 5/16" are both pretty common bits
