Jet Vertical Milling Machine - $1800 (Redding, CA)

It looks a little rough. The left lead screw wheel looks like it took a crash. Are those lead screw supports modified?
 
It's hard to tell from the pictures, but those may be extended supports (they look cast) that get replaced when power feed is added or converted to cnc. Machine looks like it may be intended for cnc conversion. Odd that it has original knee power but not table.
