Other HM members have come across this before. Apparently it is a badged build of what is otherwise recognized as a Grizzly 9249, and the manual is available on this site.
With a nice mis-spelling of "manual" typo, the thread was here --> Jet 1325 PBD or Grizzly 1003 Manaul
