Indicator holder for QCTP ?

When I was watching Jeff's awesome video I saw he had his indicator mounted on his QCPT. I'd like to do the same for various purposes but is the holder something I would need to make myself or are they available? I know styles and mounting methods vary but just to do what Jeff did is sufficient do now.

Thanks for the reply Ed. That's pretty much what I thought and seeing the pic helps.

Hoping now that others might post theirs...pics are great for generating ideas.
