I asked about this device on another site but didn't get a lot of info on it.
Then I was reading about the 10EEs in the Monarch knowledge base here and came across this photo.
The description says: "Headstock spindle fitted with the optional indexing unit for cutting multi-start threads."
Makes me think mine is an original Monarch part albeit probably optional.
Does this thing have any value?
I cant see where a guy would use it often.
But maybe it's like the optional doo dads and gew gaws people collect that were made for the old Ford tractors I fool around with.
Do you fellows have any idea of its value?
It came with my 12 CK.
Was thinking I could sell or horse trade it for something I could actually use.
TIA
