indexer

Here is what I think is an old indexer.
Obviously, there are parts missing.
Anyone have a clue what's missing or perhaps can offer a photo of what it's supposed to look like?

Thats a old K O Lee tap sharpener and maybe indexer, too. Used on the very early K O Lee tool & cutter grinders.

I have added a gizmo that makes it usable as an indexer.(see photo)
The drill rod is just flexible enough to be able to move the collar, but just rigid enough to hold it into position.
This is not elegant, but somewhat usable.
After all I got for free.
