Nelson, when I DL that first file (Machinery.pdf) I just get a one-page Google document that talks about usage of the files.
The other one works fine.

The other one works fine.

It worked for me, but I have a pretty good internet connection and I'm using Firefox browser on an old XP* machine.
( anic: *Yeah I know, I'm an internet threat to world peace and life on earth as we know it.)
