After seeing a T-slot cleaner/scraper on a video, I decided this would be an great addition to help me clean out these hard to access slots.

So, I took some 1" wide by 1/8" think Aluminum and milled it as shown. I used Aluminum since it's softer than the mill table and I didn't want to damage it. Since it's hard to accurately measure the T-slot, it took me a second try to get it right.

I've posted the drawing as well for anyone that is interested.

Most T slot cleaners have a full radius on the top of the handle to be easier on the hands and a hole at the top to hang it up in its rightful place.

I agree. When I get my CNC running, I will add it. I don't have a rotary table so it's not easy to do!

I am going to make one of these. The band saw should be able to cut the radius or I will round the end with a high speed grinder, files, hacksaw or whatever works.

Other than sawing then file I would use a belt or disc sander if you have one. Much quicker than milling.
