I finished making the piece to hold my AXA tool holder on my grizzly 10*22 lathe, then used it to thread the inside of one 6061 tube, and the outside if another tube, and actually got them to screw together :shocked: hew:

I have other work to do for this project, but decided I'd end the day on a high note. :whistle:
oh, the project is a full barrel shroud for a custom .25 cal airgun I have to try and make it mouse fart quiet.
