Huge old HD drill press $175

Wow, good eye. I couldn’t tell what that was so just thought it was junk.
 
That's one heavy duty gearhead drill press, are you tempted Tony:D
 
Lol, what I’d be curious if it was close was about would be the xy table Ken. I feel like I’ve scored my dream drill press with the UniDrill so it all about the accessories now. I have a small HF xy table on it now and a 8” Palmgrin RT/XY that I can mount up too. But a I never see big old iron XY tables for cheap, or at all. With my shop I can’t do floor standing DP. That why the UniDrill is perfect for me.
 
It looks like an Avey drill press.
Is that the same shop with the horizontal mill set up as a surface grinder?
There has to be some really good, long forgotten stuff tucked away in that shop... :)

you are right again, that is that bodged horizontal mill in the background. The transmission gives it away. Who knows what all is left in there but by all the open drawers it looks ransacked. Also look like it’s in an old mild barn or chicken coop.
