Appreciate you posting those plans.
In the article, you mention that in 'the appendix to the plans provides you with source information'. Do you have the appendix listed somewhere on that site that I have missed?
I see these huge plasma tables and probably once in a lifetime one would cut such big parts. I think this size you have is perfect for my small garage!

I don't think I ever got around to the appendix, but here are the important sources:

The stand supporting the machine: Rockler Woodworking

The linear rails and roller cassettes. This company is in the UK, but delivery is quick, and while this stuff isn't cheap, it's a lot cheaper over there than here. RS Components

The aluminum extrusions and associated hardware: The 8020 Company

Cam followers, timing belts and pulleys, bronze bushings, nuts & bolts, etc. are from McMaster-Carr.

You can pick up the drill bushings on eBay, as well as the spur gears and gear racks. For drill bushings, do a search on eBay for 1/2" ID x 3/4" OD drill bushings. You want the removable bushings with the knurled heads. They should be approximately 3/4" to 1" long.
