For those that have not been here yet, here are some pics to get you oriented. We have a 2nd business running from this location as well (a game store) that is fairly active on Saturdays so we will be meeting in the upstairs meeting room!

We have just 2 assigned parking spots (Marked #136) but there is plenty of parking at the end of the building and on the street. Please do not park in the other marked spots!

Yeah, it's not much of a drive to Port Angeles. Port Townsend is even easier, which gets me to Sidney if I hop boats.

I actually work for the transportation department, and yes, it is... But not very reliably. They're first on the list for a new ferry when that comes through, and working hard to recruit/supplement the crews. The maritime side has some really odd union rules about staffing, and it has been tough to recruit from the San Juans because of the (ahem) income bracket most folks are in who live there, not many want their kids to be seafaring public servants no matter how good the state benefits are. The word is they'll contract another boat and crew before they abandon the route. But yeah, the service has been spotty and the residents aren't pleased.

This was our 2nd and I'm happy to continue hosting, so likely in the new year we will go for another one!
