High quality MT2 ER25 arbor recommendation

Maybe have a look at Bison, they offer an ER25 MT2 arbor
Here is an EBAY SEARCH (<<< LINK) I just did for them. Maybe you have a different way to purchase (Azamon et-al) but this was just a quick and dirty search.

I bought this one on Amazon 3 years ago and added a Ball Bearing Nut:
