Help with an Identity

Appreciate some help with identifying this machine. I'm told it runs on 120 volts, but I've got little more than just the photo.

Don't need another mill as i have a Burke No. 4. But................

Any info from value, weight, hobby use, disassembly ease, movability, ect. would be appreciated.

You see these from time to time- usually an older horizontal mill that's been "upgraded" by having a vertical mill head attached.
They can be good bargains and often are of a smaller hobby shop friendly size

If you are referring to the head on the mill in the OP being offset to the left side, it is likely a retrofit of a vertical head to a horizontal mill as Mark says. Likely not an ideal solution, but simply what worked for that particular combination.
Bridgeport M heads were a popular milling head for horizontal to vertical mill conversions.
