Help Please figuring out a diameter to bore

i have a threaded pipe, the od of the threads are 1.000 and its 18 tpi.. very odd. i need to make a nut to fit it and in my charts i do not find what i need to figure out the BORE required to single point the internal thread. . . . leads or tha answer and how you arrived at the answer would be very appriciated. thanks in advance.

thanks frank. this is a one time thing so going to try it. it does not need to be a great thread just kinda. .
 
written and in the "book" as suggested. thatnks again, it actually worked like a charm. finger screwed the dang thing together even. its a nozzle holder for a beeswax extruder.
its now beer thirty and after that, back to making some nozzles and a threaded end cap for the screw and piston assembly. im going to cheat and buy a threaded rod. there just ain't enuf time in my life for all that. . . . .pix when its finished. . .
