Help identify tooling?

My recent bargain find Atlas 10f lathe came with several rusty items. I have been able to identify most of the loose items but there are a few I need help with. The first one looks like a chuck but its missing jaws..
The second one is the damaged carriage with missing drive parts ( I think). The carriage also has a manufacturing name that I haven't seen in any online research so far. Browning Machinery Co.

Nice tapping head , I just got a second hand no 2 , very handy in a drill press

They come in ranges & should take a tap with a square drive end.

I have 3 tapping heads and a large Jet drill press, that has a built in tapping head, the ability to power tap, has been a true benefit to me
