[Drill] Help I.D. this vintage drill press

Was given, what looks to be an old drill press (see pics) dosen't have any markings to identify it, been searching but cant find a similar model. any experts out there recognize it? any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It looks as though you have an unusual drill press. Good looking machine though: do you plan on restoring it or just
using it as is?

I wanted to restore it and use it. It has a broken depth gauge adjustment "plate" and i was trying to see if i can find an original but I've searched and no luck. Thanks by the way!

It looks as though that machine will clean up nicely since it's in good shape. Be sure and post some photos during the
teardown and rebuild process and let us know how it goes.

Both catalogs date to late 1930s. You might want to poke around the Vintage Machinery site and look at other catalogs and posted images to try and narrow down the date. Check out both the Wards and Duro documents:
