So long story but bought this dv59 from hgr in fort worth before they went out of business for parts for my hardinge hc. Left it there to scrap, get a call as they are clearing the warehouse to pick up my machine. Well looks like it's gonna get made into a work bench. Still need to fit the top and route out the bottom to clear all the features after the lathe casting was removed. Will post more as it progresses.

What an excellent idea. I think I know of a few cabinets that are slated for scrap
 
Felt kind of bad really scrapping a hardinge but I literally bought it for 200 bucks and need the back end of the collet closer since the one on the hc was wasted. Took pretty much any spare part I figured someone could use off just in case someone needed something. In the end think it's gonna make a really nice bench for my sanders...
