Could use some feedback on pricing... I bought the G1550 in 2016 for $650, but prices have risen since then, so going with $1000 to start. This includes the lathe, the stand, and some treadmill motors + a treadmill controller.
One thing I noticed on craigslist SF Bay Area is that there are not alot of lathes for sale in this size compared to when I bought it. I'm not sure if people are going to facebook or no-one's selling or general lack of interest??
The other thing is that when I bought it in 2016, you could get the G4000 for $1124 including FREE Shipping (no stand). I think if you waited for a deal, you could get it less than that (still w/ free shipping). I actually kept some records on these prices... so they were what I could find at the time. An Enco 9/22 went for $1165.
BTW - very sad to sell the lathe, but I really could use the room in the small garage I have. My interests have changed some and I don't use it or have the time much.
