Need to make an arbor to fit over the spindle of a motor (.625" keyed) shaft and arbors for grinding wheels (1.25" hole).
Was going to mount the spindle arbor with two grub screws 90° apart. ~ 1.75" flange and .875" for the Wheel arbor to fit onto. Not sure yet how I'll do the wheel arbors.
Any ideas are things I need to know before starting?

Is this just an ordinary electric motor? If so, the bearings are not good enough for grinding tools.

An ordinary motor would likely not be precise enough, with end play and radial play to some extent, you should try to find some sort of precision spindle and perhaps drive it with your motor.

To late for that the T&C grinder is made. I can replace bearings if need be. Following mark Fraziers design. Pretty sure the Darex is a normal motor.
