HI
I JUST ORDERED A 64,000 RPM PENCIL DIE GRINDER AND AM WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ANY INPUT FOR A GOOD BRAND/MAKE OF 1/8" SHAFT GRINDING STONES? THE FIRST JOB FOR THE GRINDER WILL BE TO GRIND THE JAWS IN SEVERAL LATHE CHUCKS, AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A COUPLE "GOOD" STONES AVAILABLE WHEN THE GRINDER GETS HERE IN ABOUT A WEEK. I ALSO PLAN ON GETTING A 1/4" COLLET FOR THE GRINDER.
THANKS
RAY

Ray---ask your dentist to save you his used ones ---they are designed for higher speeds and are very good quality--not large in diameter but will do the job----you can dress them up with a diamond ---you can also just buy some new stone sets from HF---they work good ---I use them in my high speed pencil die grinders --I take them up to speed slowly and if they don't spin smoothly without vibration to top speed then don't use them--find one that runs real smooth----you may need to shorten the shaft on larger diameter stones---Dave
