Gorton 1-22 Arbor Support

My used Gorton 1-22 MasterMil came to me with the horizontal spindle option. Unfortunately, the arbor support which attaches to the rear of the ram was not included. I've attached a PDF of this part. If forum members have this part or know where to locate one, your info would be much appreciated.
