Good 3-4 inch angle lock vise?

It seems as though I have my choice between $100 imported junk and a $500 Kurt. has anyone been able to find a decent quality vise somewhere between the extremes?
 
Don't know about 3" but for 4" Glacern, Homge, Vertex are a few.
 
Glacern makes good stuff. I have a 4" that I really like. I also have Kurts. If I ever buy another it will probably be a Glacern.
