He want's to use Zelle, does anyone have experience with that format? I asked about Paypal but got Zelle as the response.
 
Zelle is not reversible, so seems to be often used for scams. But if you meet in person and get the goods, it should be fine. It’s a collaboration by the banks.

I bailed, Chinese name with hot mail address, and translations in the google emails....
