Furnas J6 Drum Switch Replacement?

Good afternoon. I have a Clausing 4904 lathe with a J6 drum switch with some issues. Does anyone know of a replacement? I am trying to lean up the contacts but am not presently sure that will be successful

Pictures of the switch and the motor would help- What HP rating is the motor and what line voltage are you using?
Running a 1 HP or higher motor on 115 volts will burn the switch pretty fast- 230 volts is preferred for 1 HP and up

You should be able to use a variety of reversing switches in place of the one you have with only
slight changes to the wiring.
Configuring your motor to use 230 volts would increase your switch life
I couldn't find much info on the J6- too expensive to consider replacing anyhow
