I found an online course in Fusion 360 here: https://www.cadclass.org/courses/CAD . It's $400, but the 'book' is free! And really good. You can click on 'Free Downloads' to find the book.
Here's a direct link, I don't know if this will work or if you have to start from the homepage. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JpHbCdBPEAOq_z8KGwK0mYL2qtwQX3bi
I don't use Fusion 360, but went through most of the exercise in Alibre. Most of the single-part stuff works the same. My version of Alibre doesn't have rendering, so I skipped those parts. Also the course goes on to assemblies and the like where the process deviates from Alibre more than with single parts (and apparently you need a paid F360 version to access those features.
Anyway, I thought the book was really well done and would encourage anyone wanting to learn F360 to give it a shot.
