Four new stepped pulley versions are finished. This includes the pulley required to fit the LMS mini mill conversion.

Because imaging and testing takes a lot of time:
I will show them one at a time when the listing is finished. I will start with the 40 ~ 68 mm stepped.
this pulley is designed to run 3, maybe 4 different belts. See the first image for details.

The stepped pulley we had manufactured to fit our 2 hp motor is here.
This pulley was designed to fit the belts recommended by Smithy and for their combo lathes Models:
MI-1220
CB-1220
AT-300
The belts they recommend are:
3L-230 Lathe double speed.
3L-240 Lathe double speed.
3L-290 Mill Head.
3L-360 Lathe single speed.
We had it manufactured before we had the belts in hand. Now with one of the belts in hand the fit is perfect.
Before we had only a 75 mm O.D. single sheave. There were some who wanted a higher and lower spindle range.
Now we offer a 60 mm and 90 mm.
Of course there will likely be new v belt sizes. Anybody want to work with us on a build?
Also this pulley has a very deep V. All the way down to 2 mm. That means it will also fit 8 mm wide belts.
