Has anyone machined one to fit a BXA tool post what size did you use? Wondering if there is enough materiel to cut the notch in them. I need a boring bar holder I think this would work well and I could use my drill chuck in it if needed.

Your link shows an entire page. However. You can easily make one. That is if using a 5C collet. If going ER Collets it will be a bit more involved not much. Just be aware they you will need Metric threading capacity.
Just scrolling down the link I only saw the ER. If so, it does not look like enough meat. You could scab on a piece to make the dovetail. Not an ideal way but doable.

Cutting oil is my blood.

I would probably buy a straight shank ER collet chuck and stick it in my bring bar holder. An alternate would be to buy an MT ER collet chuck and stick it in my MT tool holder.
