Someone please identify all this cool stuff!!!
(& maybe rescue it?)

From the ad:

The following machine tools are for sale. The ad will be updated with more equipment, photos, and details.
I'm gradually placing prices on the machines as they are being evaluated. (We would also consider a "barter deal" for the industrial sized roofing work that needs to be accomplished at this plant)

At this time, interested buyers can view the items through an appointment. If interested, please provide your name and phone number and any offer(s) for the equipment. Thank you for your interest.

I really want to ask if I can get a tour! LOL

Out of my price range , and these all look like antique machines . Not really suitable for a hobby shop or a production shop these days . :dunno: He'll have a very hard time selling these I'm sure .

Agreed.
I’ve never seen Warner Swasey in person (think they’re quite large/heavy?) but thought they were quality lathes? Like you said, the majority of this stuff seems TOO large for “us”….

And I think I’d be buying CNC stuff before spending $30k on that awesome Cincinnati…

But the entirety of the shop fascinates me!

I wonder what’s happening with the bulk of small stuff laying around everywhere?

Way too much money... especially for the Cincinnatti...

I've spent quite a few hours running a Warner Swasey turret lathe... in my opinion... this is just my opinion... it is a large, heavy, cumbersome machine... it is the only lathe I've ever operated that I absolutely hated...

Just my opinion...

I agree with Dave... he will have a hard time selling most of that machinery.

OTOH, there is a Hendey Tie bar lathe there... but no price on it yet.
