Looks like a pretty good deal to me. Same surplus dealer I bought my lathe from a few years ago.
Dealer accepts best offer and the price will drop over time (~ 2 months) until someone buys it or it gets scrapped.

Needs a bit of TLC. Built 1986. Notably, the chip pan is lightly dented, the nameplate is worn, and the tailstock needs a new handwheel. Spare parts should be available from Grizzly.
