Electro plating

Hi All,
Does anyone have experience of electro plating, particularly chrome and or cobalt. I'm pretty much ok with the doing of this using Caswell style brush plating kits. My question is how can I add a tinting pigment to achieve for example a blue chrome finish? I know that in theory it's possible to tint copper plating (eg Rose copper finish) nd same for gold but i cannot find any info for chrome or cobalt
 
i have talked to caswell a few times in the past. they are great in answering questions. give them a call.
