Electric motor starter question

Hope this isn't too OT-
I have a single phase 5hp Baldor motor, 230V, 20.6A. Can this be run on a NEMA size 0 starter or do I need to go to a size 1P or 2?

Looks like a 1 will be necessary according to that chart.

No, according to the chart provided by Tony, it will take a 1-1/2.
