Does anyone have experience with this?
I have a CXA lathe but I bet I could make it work.

I'd rather have new than some clapped out Dumore for more money.

 
Interesting - I don't have any experience with that type, but it is interesting. Looks like a woodworking router adapted to the BXA. My concern would be runout. Most "precision" units have belt drives to a separate spindle with precision high speed bearings - this eliminates vibration and ensures good runout on the grinder spindle. I'll be interested to read other comments about this setup.
 
I would think you could make an adapter like this and try it yourself. Probably make some quick fixture just to try it out.
 
It looks to me as being of limited usefulness, can't use large wheels, if using extended shank mounted wheels for such jobs as regrinding chuck jaws, excessive vibration and resultant poor finish and wheel breakdown is likely.
I have to agree that an old Dumore would be a better investment.
