but the back says the company website is china, and it ships from china. The price is china... anyone know anything about them?

They are Chinese. Switzerland is not spelled Swttzerland. If you blow the picture up you can see the TT.

Any good? Who knows? I find Mitsubishi or Iscar inserts work the best for me.

Could be, Mitsubishi and Iscar are not cheap. I pay about $18/insert for the ones I use.

The domain name on the back of the inserts, lamina-tech.ch doesn't connect to a real website. Not sure if lamina technologies is publicly accessible. There seems to be a login. However, if one rotates and blows up the photo, it does look like Switzerland to me.

The seller is zimi-hk-001. I have bought inserts from him when he was zimi-hk. The inserts were fine, although they may have been counterfeit for all I know. I have ordered from zimi-hk multiple times, and all orders were received relatively quickly.

https://www.lamina-tech.ch is not a live domain. So who knows where that email is going... However, Lamina Technologies is active.

Lamina Technologies, a legitimate Swiss firm, got bought out by a venture capital firm Triton in 2020, according to Triton. Triton buys Lamina Technologies So manufacturing might have migrated to China. Or the inserts are bogus. Or zimi-hk-001 bought some inserts that were labeled as Lamina-Technologies from a legitimate source, or not. Do you feel lucky?
