This is pretty cool , looks to be a early 32' check the box feet . Plus you get a beer cozy and a rifle , trust me you keep that baby handy and ain't nobody gonna criticize your work .

That model lacks backgear so I'd pass it up myself

I think that's the most nearly complete 954 I've seen. It could be as late as 1936. 1937 appears to be the year that they changed the power switch and gear cover. That's catalog years, of course. Everything on this one appears to be original except for motor and right lead screw bearing. Belts are probably new.

No back gears was supposedly a selling point. It had the belt-driven equivalent.
