Drooling over this, but to much $$$

I saw this on Austin Craigslist and contacted the seller. I would love to have such a lathe, but, unfortunately it has no "extras" (steady rest, follow rest, collets. other chucks, collets, tool holders, etc). And at $8200, it is a bit pricey.

So I have to pass.

What do you think?
