Dro for lathe

has any body used dro pro's system on there pm 1440gt if so what have you found or dislike
 
While not an exact match, I have a Dro Pro EL400 on my 1340GT. I've had their DROs on every mill and lathe I have owned. Zero complaints.

I went ahead and splurged on the magnetic scales for both my EL700 and my EL 400 because I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford them later. Love these scales and have had zero issues with them. Just a FYI.

I had Matt upgrade the DRO on my PM1440TV to the DRO PROs option. So far the DRO has been trouble-free, it is wired independent of the lathe power, thus it stays powered on all the time.

I didn't know that Matt allowed a upgrade to the Dro Pros DROs. That's pretty cool!
