How would one drill a hole and then run a Morse Taper reamer into it?

One would drill an undersize hole, bore it to a close approximation of the taper, then use a roughing reamer to get it nearly t9o size, then use a finishing reamer to get to final depth/size.

You have to use a roughing reamer right? I have a finishing just not a roughing.

if you look in machinery's handbook they have info on how to drill different steps. I think there is a calculation.. I remember seeing something about it long ago when looking for info on tapered pins.

If the hole is reasonably accurately bored, the finishing reamer will suffice, but clear the chips frequently so that it will not load up and possibly break flutes, ask me how I know that.

It will be in plastic. I am making a drill block for my newly acquired MT2 drills

plastic may not be a good choice for machine accessories; what will this "drill block" do?

oh, for plastic a reamer will be fine. no need to step drill.
steel yes.. AL probably it's grabby, for plastic... grabby but no need to step drill.
